Digestive power is considered the foundation of health. It does not only mean stomach digestion — it includes the body’s entire ability to:

  • digest food,

  • absorb nutrients,

  • convert food into energy,

  • repair tissues,

  • and maintain metabolism.

Why digestive power is important

1. It provides nourishment to the whole body

Everything you eat must be properly broken down and absorbed to build:

  • blood,
